In 2004 she graduated from the Faculty of Biology at Babes Bolyai University, Cluj Napoca and specialized in genetic engineering techniques, obtaining a Master’s degree.
She specialized in assisted human reproduction techniques in a prestigious fertility center in Vienna, together with specialists with pioneering activity in the field of in vitro fertilization.
In 2010 she gained European recognition being among the first Romanian specialists accredited by the European organization for the certification of embryologists (European Society of Reproductive Medicine and Embryology).
For 8 years she worked as an embryologist in a recognized center of assisted human reproduction, where she successfully led the activity of the in vitro fertilization laboratory, together with the team of specialists from Vienna, and since 2010 has contributed to the development and coordinating a new IVF laboratory.
She also participated as a trainer in the education of new specialists in the field of embryology and assisted reproduction, through the skills gained from numerous international courses, as well as due to the experience gained over the years.
Since 2014, she has joined our team performing highly complex micromanipulation techniques, through her remarkable qualities contributing to the reporting of the first children conceived from vitrified oocytes.
She is an active member of the European Society of Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and of the Order of Biologists and Biochemists in Romania. She has participated in numerous national and international congresses, presenting, together with the team of embryologists, scientific papers in the field, including: “Vitrifying blastocysts derived from vitrified oocytes injected with frozen sperms. New trends in the ivf practice ”and“ Accessibility of the assisted reproduction technologies for treating infertility in Romania ”.
