Dr. Dorina Codreanu joined our team from the beginning and coordinates the scientific activity, as a specialist with remarkable experience and skills. Dr. Codreanu provides both consultations and assisted reproduction procedures, as well as birth assistance and laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries, in collaboration with two large private hospitals in Bucharest.

Dr. Codreanu graduated from the UMF “Carol Davila” Faculty of Medicine in Bucharest in 1998 and specialized in obstetrics and gynecology. In the more than 10 years of activity in the Clinical Hospital “Panait Sarbu” she has accumulated a vast experience in difficult cases in the field of assisted reproduction, high-risk pregnancy and laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery. In the same hospital, Dr. Codreanu coordinated for 5 years the activity of the Center for Research and Clinical Studies. In 2009 she obtained her doctorate in the field of assisted reproduction, and in 2010 a postdoctoral researcher scholarship with the study topic “Optimization of ovarian stimulation protocols in in vitro fertilization”.

As an assistant professor at the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, she trained many generations of students and specialists and was part of the examination commissions for granting competence in assisted reproduction to doctors who specialized in infertility treatment.

Dr. Codreanu participated as a trainer for specialists in the “Professional training program for staff in maternal and neonatal care units”, a program funded by the European Investment Bank. He is the author of the Clinical Guide “Premature Birth” and a member of the technical group for the development of national clinical guidelines “Tocoliza” and “Multiple Pregnancy”.

Along with a prestigious clinical activity, Dr. Codreanu participated in numerous international scientific meetings, published scientific papers and was an investigator in multinational clinical trials. She is a founding member of SRFRA (Romanian Society of Fertility and Assisted Reproduction) and active member of ESHRE (European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology), ARCE (Romanian Association for Endoscopic Surgery and other interventional techniques) and SROG (Romanian Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology).
