Fertility TreatmentsFertility screening
When pregnancy hasn't been achieved after 6-12 months of trying without protection, it's advisable for both partners to undergo fertility screening to identify potential risk factors or dysfunctions. This process typically includes hormonal tests, scans, and semen analysis to identify any problems affecting fertility. Determining what the potential issues are helps both partners to reduce their uncertainties and to focus on the best treatment plan going forward.
Learn moreIVF (in vitro fertilization)
IVF is an assisted reproduction technique where fertilization occurs outside the body. Oocytes are retrieved via ovarian puncture and are fertilized with sperm in the lab. The resulting embryos are cultured and assessed, and a selected embryo is transferred to the uterus. The remaining embryos can be cryopreserved for future use, preserving fertility for social or medical reasons.
Learn moreIVF with donated eggs
In vitro fertilization (IVF) with donated oocytes is recommended for women who face fertility challenges due to poor oocyte quality or low ovarian reserve. These challenges occur under one or more of these conditions: an advanced maternal age (43-44 years), a very low ovarian reserve, menopause, multiple previously unsuccessful IVF attempts due to embryo quality issues, and communicable genetic diseases. To minimize risks in these cases and to maximize the chances of a successful pregnancy, we highly recommend using donated oocytes. Donor oocytes are fertilized in the lab, and the best embryo is transferred to the uterus, with the remaining embryos cryopreserved for future use.
Learn moreIVF / AI with donated sperm
For couples facing severe male infertility or for single women seeking parenthood, sperm donation offers an effective solution. It is also helpful for couples dealing with hereditary genetic conditions. Under these conditions, using donated sperm can alleviate potential frustrations and help expedite the journey to parenthood. Depending on the health condition, fertilization may be done through artificial insemination (AI) or in vitro fertilization (IVF).
The sperm donor can be a known individual, such as a relative or friend, or an anonymous donor with the sample obtained from a sperm bank. Sperm donation is voluntary and free, in compliance with European regulations.
Social freezing
Cryopreservation of reproductive cells involves freezing sperm or eggs to preserve fertility. This method helps maintain fertility for social reasons or in cases where medical conditions or treatments may irreversibly affect fertility. It ensures the viability of reproductive cells for future use.
Learn morePreimplantation genetic testing of embryos
Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) is used in assisted reproduction to detect genetic abnormalities in embryos before implantation. PGT-A screens for chromosomal abnormalities, while PGT-M tests for specific genetic conditions. This helps select healthy embryos, increasing the chances of a successful pregnancy and reducing the risk of genetic disorders. It is especially useful for couples with a history of genetic disorders, repeated miscarriages, or advanced maternal age. This service can help give couples greater peace of mind and reduce physical strains on the woman by helping to avoid future unsuccessful pregnancies.
Learn moreComplementary Services
In addition to IVF, a variety of supplemental therapies and techniques can enhance the chances of success. These include medications, laboratory procedures, and interventional methods. While some have proven effective in certain scenarios, others remain experimental or controversial. A holistic approach, including nutrition, stress management, psychotherapy, and complementary therapies, aims to improve both physical and emotional balance, supporting overall fertility treatment.

After 6 years of trying to conceive, we underwent several cycles at various clinics. It was only thanks to the excellent team at the Gynera Clinic that we discovered the problem and underwent treatment with donated eggs. Today, we are a complete family with a beautiful baby boy, for whom we are eternally grateful to the amazing team at Gynera! Thank you.

After 12 years of trials, various treatments, artificial inseminations, and three failed IVFs with celebrity doctors and specialists, I found out about Gynera Clinic from an acquaintance. My chances of giving birth were slim due to a diagnosis of severe ovarian failure. Our dream came true after successful fertilization in May 2013.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team at the Gynera Clinic, thanks to whom we have our wonderful girl. From the first IVF cycle, we were able to create three healthy embryos. From the first, we have our daughter Alexandra, and the other two are waiting for us at the clinic. We are looking forward to the next cycle and believe that everything will go as smoothly as it did the first time!

My husband unfortunately has a severe genetic disease in his family. Although we could potentially conceive naturally, the risk of having an affected baby was high. Therefore, we decided to undergo IVF with genetic testing of embryos at the Gynera clinic. Everyone there was very kind and accommodating. Although I only became pregnant in the second cycle, my pregnancy was peaceful because I knew I was expecting a healthy baby. When we received the results of the embryo testing, which included four embryos, we discovered that two of them were diseased. We are glad that we made this important and responsible decision and thank the entire team at the Gynera clinic.
